The role carries responsibility for end-to-end shipment readiness, issue escalation, partner coordination, process discipline and operational governance for Thailand operations. Lead follow-up for damaged, missing, delayed or blocked shipments, ensuring clear communication, timely escalation and closure of corrective actions. Coordinate with the Customer Supply Chain on replacement shipments, credit note issuance and customer-impacting shipment exceptions. Anticipate operational bottlenecks and work with internal and external stakeholders to prevent avoidable delivery delays. 3PL coordination and warehouse operations governance Manage routine coordination with the appointed 3PL, including operational documentation, product mapping, redress mapping, Advance Shipment Notices and warehouse readiness follow-up. Minimum of 7-10 years of related experience in Thailand distribution operations, logistics coordination, import/export, customs matters, TH FDA, TISI, NBTC matters, customer service operations or regulatory documentation support. Demonstrated ability to independently manage shipment, compliance and partner coordination activities with limited supervision. Strong working knowledge of shipment documentation, customs clearance coordination, import licensing follow-up and operational exception management. Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline and ability to maintain audit-ready records across multiple operational workstreams.
