- Creative Strategy: คิดคอนเซปต์และผลิตคอนเทนต์รูปแบบ Video, Photo และ Copywriting โดยเน้นผลลัพธ์เชิงประสิทธิภาพ (Performance & Conversion) เป็นหลัก.
- Content Production: สามารถตัดต่อวิดีโอผ่าน CapCut และออกแบบกราฟิกเบื้องต้นด้วย Canva เพื่อความรวดเร็วและทันต่อกระแส Social Media.
- Customer Journey Mapping: วางแผนเนื้อหาให้สอดคล้องกับพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคในแต่ละ Stage ของกลุ่มลูกค้า เพื่อจูงใจให้เกิดการตัดสินใจ.
- Content Optimization: ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Media เพื่อทำ A/B Testing ค้นหา Hero Content ที่สร้างผลลัพธ์ที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับแคมเปญ.
- Trend Monitoring: ติดตามเทรนด์การตลาดออนไลน์และกระแสสังคม เพื่อนำมาปรับใช้กับคอนเทนต์ให้ทันต่อสถานการณ์.
- Pre-Production & Pitching: จัดทำ Storyboard ลำดับภาพและเนื้อหาให้ชัดเจน พร้อมนำเสนอไอเดีย (Presentation) ต่อทีมและลูกค้าได้.
- On-site Production: เดินทางไปถ่ายทำเนื้อหา ณ สถานที่ติดตั้งงานจริง หรือสถานที่ของลูกค้าได้ (มีค่าเดินทางให้ตามจริง).
- External Management: ประสานงานและบรีฟงานร่วมกับ Freelance (เช่น ช่างภาพ, ตัดต่อ) และ Influencer เพื่อให้ได้ผลงานที่ตรงตามมาตรฐานและ DNA ของแบรนด์.
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน Content Marketing 2 ปีขึ้นไป.
- มีทักษะการเขียนคำโฆษณาที่เฉียบคม สามารถโน้มน้าวใจและปิดการขายได้ (Closing-sale Copywriting).
- เข้าใจการทำงานและ Algorithm ของ Social Media ทุกแพลตฟอร์ม รวมถึงระบบ E-commerce และ Website เป็นอย่างดี.
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์สูง รักการเล่าเรื่อง (Storytelling) และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ยอดเยี่ยม (ตอบแชทเป็น/ใช้ภาษาไทยถูกต้องตามกาลเทศะ).
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมและประสานงานกับบุคคลภายนอกได้อย่างลื่นไหล.
- แนบ Portfolio ผลงานที่เคยทำร่วมกับแบรนด์กลุ่มธุรกิจ Retail หรือ Tourism มาประกอบ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ).
