- Objective.
- To ensure that PTTEP can pursue on petroleum exploration prudentially and successfully by improving on work process, up-skill the right person for the right job with professional working philosophy, driving GSX with
- the exploration strategy aligned with company's direction, and to build Explorationist with home-grown model.
- Key Accountabilities.
- Exploration System: advise on the overall working system for petroleum exploration by using 3 modules
- 1) Exploration Key requirement
- 2) Working Organization (Expert, Explorationist & Executor)
- 3) Working philosophy to inspire and motivate subsurface staff working in exploration arena.
- 2) Exploration Plan: advise on strategy & way to pave the exploration planning being aligned with company's direction.
- 3) ADP program management: To advise on ADP program to improve on exploration aspect and support to instruct in exploration part of the course.
