Responsibilities:

• Work with B2B/B2C brands to understand their vision, requirements and challenges in adoption of data and technology driven marketing

• Research and develop customer journeys, strategy frameworks and best practices to support clients marketing needs

• Analyze data and develop data models and insights

• Create strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives

• Lead the planning, implementation, measurement and optimization of digital marketing campaigns

• Advise clients on industry best practice on MarTech capabilities, as they relate to data driven marketing functions

• Generate ideas and present to client to optimize their data and MarTech assets

Requirements:

• Experience in Digital marketing capabilities in omni-channel marketing, leveraging MarTech and AdTech to orchestrate customer experiences

• Knowledge of digital marketing disciplines like email, search, social, retargeting, digital media, Line, personalization, etc.

• Good Excel/BI reporting skills to understand and analyze campaign reports and identify optimization opportunities

• Exposure to MarTech stack as relating to digital marketing, like CRM, data platforms (CDP), marketing automation, web analytics and optimization tools, DMP, retargeting/remarketing tools, etc.
• Ability to apply creative thinking and sound reasoning, and to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

• Positive attitude and desire to grow within a fast growth organization

• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

• Significant Salesforce, Adobe, Braze; additional Marketing Automation Platform experience an advantage
