• Draft, review, and coordinate documents with internal legal teams and external legal firms to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and manage documents requiring Directors' execution, including coordination of signing processes.
• Track statutory submission deadlines and maintain compliance records to support timely filings and audits.

• About you.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Corporate Secretary, Compliance, Corporate Affairs, Executive Support, or related functions.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, board/shareholder meeting administration, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Strong skills in preparing reports, meeting minutes, official correspondence, and business documents.
• Excellent coordination, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Good command of English, Thai, and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.

• ปริญญาตรีด้านวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ในงานบริการด้านสนับสนุนโปรแกรมระบบบัญชี ระบบขาย หรือระบบ software อื่นๆ อย่างน้อย 5 ปี.
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีและมีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารความเปลี่ยนแปลง.
