Job Purposes

Control providing support to IT solution and application in terms of development mobile and web-based application, in order to support IT functions, satisfy customer needs, and ensure effective business operations aligning with goals, objectives, and policies

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Support POS systems.

Support operational incident raises through service desk team and perform troubleshooting

Lead the investigation and analysis of issue's or incident's root cause, short-term/long-term solutions

Continuously improve productivity of support

Coordinate with related parties to perform the activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Statistic / Information Technology or related fields.

At least 2 years' experience in related area.

Have skill on SQL statement (Query, Stored procedure, Function) will be advantage.

Systematic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team.

Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects and prioritize tasks or projects

Interpersonal and customer relation skills.

Able to communicate in English will be advantage.
