• ดูแลและบริหารงานขาย ลูกค้ากลุ่ม Designer, สถาปนิก, เจ้าของบ้าน
• เข้าสำรวจหน้างาน วัดพื้นที่ และจัดทำใบเสนอราคา
• ดูแลลูกค้าตั้งแต่การนำเสนอสินค้า การติดตามงานขาย จนถึงการส่งมอบงาน
• ประสานงานกับทีมผลิต ทีมติดตั้ง และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้งานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
• สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับเจ้าของบ้าน สถาปนิก นักออกแบบ และผู้รับเหมา เพื่อขยายโอกาสทางการขาย
• รับผิดชอบยอดขายและบรรลุเป้าหมายตามที่บริษัทกำหนด.
• ดูแลและบริหารงานขาย ลูกค้ากลุ่มโครงการ (Project)
• เข้าพบและนำเสนอสินค้าแก่ Developer, ผู้รับเหมา และเจ้าของโครงการ
• นำเสนอสินค้าและ Solution ของบริษัทให้เหมาะกับแต่ละโครงการ
• สำรวจหน้างาน ร่วมประเมินราคา และจัดทำใบเสนอราคา
• ประสานงานกับทีมผลิต ทีมติดตั้ง และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้งานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
• ติดตามความคืบหน้าโครงการตั้งแต่เริ่มจนส่งมอบงาน
• ดูแลความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาวกับลูกค้าโครงการ
• ทำรายงานสรุปงานขายและสถานะโครงการ.
• อายุ 28 - 40 ปี
• วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา (หากเกี่ยวข้องกับงานก่อสร้าง/โครงการ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• มีประสบการณ์งานขายโครงการ อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง และการนำเสนองาน
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ทำงานเป็นระบบ และติดตามงานได้ดี
• สามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลายฝ่ายได้
• หากมีฐานลูกค้าโครงการ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• บุคลิกภาพดี น่าเชื่อถือ มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ.
