Project Engineer – MEP (Hotel & Building Renovation)
atSC Asset Corporation PCLหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- สนับสนุน Project Manager ในการบริหารและควบคุมงานระบบอาคาร (Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection และระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง) รวมถึงงานโครงสร้างและสถาปัตยกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามงานรื้อถอน งานปรับปรุง และงานเพิ่มเติมในอาคารเดิม (Renovation / Retrofit)
- ตรวจสอบแบบ Shop Drawing, วัสดุ และงานติดตั้งของผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามแบบและมาตรฐาน
- ประสานงานระหว่างงานระบบ MEP, งานโครงสร้าง และงานตกแต่งภายใน เพื่อให้งานดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานระบบ และสนับสนุนการทดสอบ ตรวจรับ และส่งมอบระบบอาคาร (Testing & Commissioning)
- จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าโครงการ และประสานงานกับ Project Manager และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์งานระบบอาคาร อาคารเชิงพาณิชย์ หรือโรงแรม อย่างน้อย 10–15 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจระบบ MEP และงานปรับปรุงระบบอาคารเดิม (As-built / Retrofit)
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลายฝ่ายได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์โครงการ Renovation / Retrofit จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
