- Be a lead for Field Execution: regular evaluate field executions work, develop and propose new ways to improve better executions and build Unilever sales further.

- Partnering with the local Country Head and COO, Regional head of HR and Global Business Partners, the incumbent is responsible for overseeing the local implementation of HR's people strategy.
- Give expert and independent advice to senior management regarding people risk and strategy.

- Direct the delivery of professional advice and support to enable Syngenta functions to manage and promote all aspects of HSE within the assigned region.
- Provide leadership to a widely dispersed team of multi-national HSE professionals (specialist and generalist) enabling them to deliver the requirements of the Syngenta HSE Management System.
- Assess and communicate the regional needs to the Global HSE Leadership Team (HSELT).
- Assess and communicate the Group HSE strategy to the Regional Business Leadership Teams enabling them to direct HSE compliance within their functional and geographic areas of accountability.
