• Prepare report on monthly basis including sales report, stock report and any others as assigned by Brand Manager..
• Coordinate and support on marketing task and related documents..
• Support sales team by aiming to achieve ultimate team's target.
• Professional requirements
• Minimum 2-4 years retail planning / supply chain experience / sales support.
• Bachelor s Degree in a related area.
• MS Office Tools (Excel/VLookup/Word/Outlook) proficiency with advanced Excel skills.
• Inventory analysis and database management skills.
• General knowledge of stock rotation and inventory turns.
• General knowledge of procurement processes.
• Ability to analyze historical data and forecast information (including vertical demand analysis).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of English reading and writing.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational, analytical and follow-up skills.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
