- จัดทำและดูแลฐานข้อมูลพนักงาน เช่น ข้อมูลพนักงานใหม่ การประมวลผลเอกสาร onboarding และ probation
- จัดการและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล HR ด้วยโปรแกรม Excel (รวมถึงการใช้ Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, และสูตรต่างๆ)
- สนับสนุนงานเอกสารของฝ่าย HR และจัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน
- เตรียมงานนำเสนอสำหรับการประชุมหรือกิจกรรมฝ่าย HR ด้วย Canva และ PowerPoint
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกเกี่ยวกับงาน HR ต่างๆ
- ดูแลระบบจัดเก็บเอกสาร (ทั้งรูปแบบดิจิทัลและเอกสารจริง) ให้เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย
- ดำเนินกระบวนการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากรตามความต้องการของแต่ละแผนกในองค์กร
- คัดกรองใบสมัคร นัดหมายผู้สมัครเข้าสัมภาษณ์ และดำเนินการสัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้น
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมขององค์กร เช่น Orientation, Internal Communication, Welfare Programs
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ในสาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสาย HR อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีความชำนาญในการใช้ Excel (เช่น Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) และเครื่องมือจัดทำ Presentation เช่น Canva, PowerPoint
- มีทักษะในการประสานงาน การสื่อสาร และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐานถึงปานกลาง (โดยเฉพาะการอ่าน/เขียน)
- มีความกระตือรือร้น ละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้ดี
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ภายในระยะเวลาอันใกล้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
