• To manage Mall Design program according to overall development program.
• To develop a mall planning layouts to maximize customer flows and visibilities and optimize the leasing space to maximize the income.
• To design a good mall environment and communicate with tenants to design their shops to meet with Lotus's standards.
• To create good shopping mall environment and good shopping satisfaction to customers by develop a good layouts to maximize the customer flows and work with leasing team for the right tenants and arranging appropriate tenant mix to serve customers needs.

• To catch up with new shopping mall trend and opportunity to upgrade our existing malls in term of range offers.
• To maximize utilization of mall space.
• To have a meeting with tenants in order to share best practices and knowledge, to understand.
• Bachelors degree in related fields.
• At least 1-3 years retail business experience.
• Able to travel alone throughout Thailand.
• Strong negotiation skills and customer service mind.
• Ability to plan, organize work, and work under pressure.
• Marketing and consumer products selling skills are an advantage.
