• บริหารจัดการและดูแลแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ของบริษัทฯ.
• ตอบคำถามลูกค้าในช่องทางต่างๆ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวก และข้อสงสัย บริการหลังการขาย ช่วยเหลือในการแก้ไขปัญหาหรอข้อขัดข้องที่ลูกค้าอาจพบในการใช้บริการออนไลน์.
• บริหารจัดการงาน ติดตามสถานะออเดอร์ และจัดส่งสินค้าเพื่อให้สินค้าถึงมือลูกค้าตามเวลาที่กำหนด.
• รวบรวมและบริหารจัดการข้อมูลลูกค้า เพื่อใช้ในการส่งอีเมลการตลาด, การสร้างโปรโมชั่นพิเศษ, หรือการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อปรับแผนการตลาด.
• ช่วยเหลือและประสานงานกับทีมการตลาดในการจัดการแคมเปญโฆษณาออนไลน์, การโพสต์บนโซเชียลมีเดีย, หรือการสร้างเนื้อหาสื่อสารการตลาด.
• ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในองค์กรและนอกองค์กร.
• สรุป Report สามารถติดตามผลการตลาด แคมเปญ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล รายงานผลให้กับทีมผู้บริหาร ผู้บังคับบัญชา หรือ ทีมการตลาดเพื่อปรับแผนการตลาดและการขาย.
• จัดการงบประมาณสื่อสารการตลาด โดยควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายในการโฆษณาและการสื่อสารให้เหมาะสมกับงบประมาณที่กำหนด.
• วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• อายุ 24-35 ปี.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Commerce 2 ปีขึ้นไป (เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า พิจารณาพิเศษ).
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้.
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และทำงานเป็นทีมได้.
• ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์และสื่อต่างๆที่เกี่ยวกับการทำงานได้เป็นดี.
