• The Role.
• As a Senior Account Manager (Chinese Speaking), you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving business performance, and ensuring the successful execution of e-commerce and social commerce strategies for assigned accounts.
• You will act as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This role requires strong account management capabilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively in Chinese, English, and Thai.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and business growth.
• Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable commerce strategies.
• Lead regular business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
• Drive revenue growth, NMV achievement, and overall business performance for assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings.
• Monitor account profitability and ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
• Support contract renewals, business proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Oversee the planning and execution of e-commerce and social commerce campaigns.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Ensure campaign objectives and KPIs are met.
• Monitor marketplace and social commerce performance across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, live commerce, and campaign performance data.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on business insights and market trends.
• Prepare and present performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, International Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Social Commerce, or Agency environments.
• Experience managing Chinese-speaking clients or cross-border business accounts is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and social commerce ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent client-facing skills.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Thai language proficiency is preferred.
