• Liaise with freight forwarder and other third parties to ensure timely and accurate import/export process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customs authorities and other relevant organizations.
• Collaborate and support zone team on project and any new requirement to improve and develop Import & Export business.
• Prepare and submit required reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• You HaveMinimum 4 years managerial experience in import, customs brokerage, or compliance required.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs clearance processes.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to produce, manage and maintain budget.
• Strong negotiation and entrepreneurship with a positive mindset.
• Good in English communication both speaking and written.
• Proficient in MS Office particular in Excel and Power point.
