Logistic & Supply Chain Officer

Key:

• Retail industry experience is an advantage.
• Experience in international procurement.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Hands-on experience with L/C (Letter of Credit) and B/G (Bank Guarantee).

Working Day:

Monday - Friday (8.00 - 18.00)

Salary:

20,000 - 30,000 THB.

Location:

Pluak Daeng, Rayong

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and follow up on overseas shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Coordinate with shippers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure import documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Review and verify import-related documents, including Letters of Credit (L/C) and Bank Guarantees (B/G).
• Evaluate and select reliable, high-quality suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to arrange product deliveries to the factory, including product returns and warranty/claim processes for non-conforming goods.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in international purchasing, import/export, or logistics operations.
• Good command of English or Chinese is an advantage.
• Experience in the retail industry is preferred.

Knowledge of SAP

is an advantage.

• Able to commute to the workplace in Pluak Daeng, Rayong independently (no company shuttle service provided).
