• Act as the subject matter expert for the construction quality program. Working and collaborating on project initiatives to improve the construction quality program.
• Developing and monitoring the quality control systems, inspection policies and procedures to ensure effective quality control that meet quality standards.
• Review construction drawings, deliverables, and material submittals on the project execution approved platform.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections of CSA works, create snag lists/punch lists, and ensure their closure.
• Report the quality and commissioning status for the full life cycle of the construction project. Identify risks to a project and developing mitigation strategies with the project team.
• Manage and supervise consultant and contractor relationships, ensuring performance meets contractual obligations and project objectives.
• Supervising engineers, inspectors, and other staff members and providing guidance.
• Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines..
• Bachelor s degree in engineering, management or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in quality controlling or related fields.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale project and construction in oil and gas, petrochemical, LNG facilities, power plant or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, technical skills, methodology, materials, standards and regulations, and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good command in English (Minimum 600 TOEIC score).
• Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.
• The workplace is in Rayong.

• Job Qualification.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Packaging Engineer, Packaging Technology, Packaging & Material Science, Food Processing Engineering, Food Engineering or related field.
• Having 0-3 years of experience in packaging, packing machine or process line in the food industry or related field.
• Have an experience in production or QA/QC ISO9001 and quality system, ISO18000 and the ISO14001 system will be a special consideration.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Computer literate in MS Office.
• Able to work under pressure and skill of negotiation.
• Fresh graduated are welcome.

• Monitor the EPC contractor s mechanical installation works (boilers, turbines, conveyors, pumps, etc.) for conformance to design and quality standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections to verify safety compliance and work progress.
• Coordinate with the owner s engineering, QA/QC, and HSE teams to manage issues arising at site.
• Participate in mechanical testing, commissioning, punch list inspections, and system handover processes.
• Support documentation review such as O&M manuals, test reports, and equipment data sheets for handover readiness.
• Attend site coordination meetings and report progress/issues to the Site Manager.
• Supervise mechanical personnel in the safe and timely execution of their duties on a day to day basis.
• Supervise mechanical repair and troubleshooting and assist in the training of the mechanical personnel.
• Set up preventive/predictive maintenance program and prepare all necessaries spaceports and consumable materials for mechanical repair.
• Improve technical information of mechanical equipment in maintenance database system.
• Maintain journals, logs, maintenance and equipment records and various reports.
• Provide general direction, control and evaluate to subordinate classifications.
• Initiate purchase requisition for any maintenance parts required and submit for approval.
• Job Qualifications.
• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical work in power plant, energy, or large-scale industrial settings..
• Experience in both construction supervision and plant O&M is strongly preferred.
• Must have knowledge of and actively support quality, environmental, safety, and social management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ESMS).
• Familiarity with mechanical systems in WtE (waste-to-energy), thermal power plants, or heavy industrial facilities.
• Sound knowledge of preventive maintenance planning, condition monitoring, and mechanical failure analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Able to work full-time on-site and adapt to changing project/operation conditions.
• Proficiency in Thai; basic English for technical documents and reporting is a plus.
