• Strategic Project Execution: Lead initiatives to grow adoption of Shopee s fulfillment services or improve end-to-end supply chain efficiency (e.g. shipping fee strategy, order consolidation).
• Cross-functional Collaborations: Work closely with Warehouse Operations, SPX, Procurement, and other teams to evaluate business scenarios and drive network expansion plans.
• Requirements: 3-7 years of experience, ideally in strategic planning, network design, supply chain strategy, or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills: capable of scenario building, forecasting, and interpreting business impact through numbers.
• Strong numerical acumen with good understanding on key drivers.
• Creative and critical thinker who can challenge the status quo and explore more efficient operating models.
• Able to connect the dots between spreadsheet numbers and on-the-ground operations.
• Strong English communications skills in both written (e.g. strategy decks) and verbal (e.g. cross-functional meetings).
