- Support Broker function to do business assessment for potential individual clients, brokers and corporates.
- Gather and validate document from our clients, brokers for both group and individual policy approval.
- Support broker and distribution on sales, aftersales and renewal processes to ensure all service requirements are achieved.
- Keep detailed records and complete administrative tasks such as paperwork and correspondence.
- Set-up meeting schedule or appointment both internal & external parties.
- Coordinate with cross functional parties both internal & external to support Broker distribution activities.
- Set-up new campaign launch.
- Monitor project implementation plan & ensure the launch timeline delivery on time.
- Coordinate and prepare marketing & media planning, marketing materials & activities and organize marketing events (if any).
- Sales report preparation.
- Ensuring a high quality service is provided at all time, looking for opportunities to improve the service.
- Assisting with any queries relating to the systems that in place for Brokers and arranging for their log on details as required.
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with our brokers.
- Support Broker distribution for other assignments.
- Qualifications / Specific Requirements:Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
- Past working experience in relevant role, i.e., Business development or Broker support with excellent administration and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and confident to work independently and take responsibility.
- A track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service.
- A strong sense of accountability, willingness to take ownership and drive resolution of issues.
- Detailed oriented and priority setting.
- Positive attitude with eager to learn new things.
- Proactive and can work under pressure.
- Good command both writing and speaking English with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered.

- Review daily shipment report and resolve with service providers to ensure timely flow shipment.
- Work closely with service providers to gather shipment details, resolve problems, or streamline processes.
- Focus any issues related with container utilization/space, routing, lead-time to align with Global Logistics Standard Operating Procedure.
- Work closely with production team, planning team, purchasing team to ensure products will arrive on-time and achieve business launch plan.
- Ensure import and export transaction are in good alignment and compliance with Thai Customs regulation and Country of Origin rule, especially CO Form (Form D, E, AI etc.).
- Establish Shipping Instruction to align with Corporate Global Logistics and Global Customs for Importation and Exportation guidance.
- Ensure shipping documents and COO are applicable for FTA/WTO privilege.
- Check and validate Freight Forwarder's and Customs Broker's billing prior payment.
- Be alert for any new customs regulations that may apply to our import/export shipments.
- Update any new HS Tariff Code in adidas system.
- Monitor shipment to arrive on-time via agreed Transportation Lead-Time table for each origin port.
- Analyze and understand Product Shipment Information so to ensure Products On-Time and no delay.
- Coordinate the Claim with Factory, Insurance, Forwarder, Surveyor, Global Claim/Insurance, key stakeholders.
- Qualification / Professional background/ Experience:Minimum 4-5 Years' experience in handling clearing & forwarding, product costing and dealings with insurance company and customs.
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or any related field.
- Experience in international trade and understand shipping documents requirements eg. Invoice, packing list, shipping mark, labeling, shipping materials, and/or customs documentation.
- Understand customs regulations and policies eg. Privilege customs rules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork attitude to support others at challenging times, including work outside normal office hours from time to time.
- Well, organized with logical thinking.
- Ability to communicate in both spoken and written Thai and English.
- Knowledge of imports & exports procedures, customs/ bank/insurance documentations and formalities.
- Knowledge and understanding of Incoterms Rules, and international packaging standard.
- Proficient in Ms office program, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SAP are advantage.

- Strategically plan and execute the sales of our Health Business both GHB and LHB through direct channel (B2B) to achieve/exceed individual sales target and KPIs while building the sustainable growth and delivering best client's management experience.
- To develop Corporate strategy model to directly work in B2B landscape

- To effectively work cross functional internally to develop the strong proposal and propositions for Cigna to win in these landscape
- To manage and complete daily activities, sales process and other roles as assigned by the team leader
- Male/Female with at least Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Account Relationship Management, Business Development, Sales and Marketing
- Successful and proven track record in developing, launching, and managing partners
- Good networking, prospecting, and persuasion skill that lead to strong relationship management
- Good negotiation skill
- Good command of English both verbal and written
- Insurance and broker business background will be advantages especially on Direct Corporate area
