หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบและงานหลัก

1. ด้านสนับสนุนอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ (IT Equipment Support)
2. ด้านควบคุมโปรแกรมมาตรฐาน (Standard Software Control)
3. พิจารณาและดูแลคุณสมบัติของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง ที่เหมาะสมต่อการใช้งานของธนาคาร และให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ใช้งาน
4. เป็นศูนย์กลางรับแจ้งความต้องการใช้งานโปรแกรมมาตรฐานบนเครื่อง PC, Notebook ของธนาคาร โดยพิจารณาจัดสรร และดำเนินการติดตัั้งให้แก่หน่วยงานตามความจำเป็น

คุณสมบัติ

• มีความรู้ด้านระบบปฏิบัติการ และ Software บนอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ (End Device)
• มีความรู้ด้านคุณสมบัติ (Spec.) และการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ด้าน IT เช่น เครื่อง Notebook, MAC, PC, Tablet และอื่นๆ รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่างๆ เป็นต้น
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปต่างและสามารถใช้ Function สูตรคำนวณต่างๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี เช่น Office 365 , Google Sheets เป็นต้น
• มีความรู้ด้านระบบเครือข่าย (Network) และระบบ Security
• เคยใช้งานและติดตาม Technology และ IT Solution ใหม่ๆ อยู่อย่างเสมอ
• มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ การวางแผน หรือการจัดการปัญหาที่ดี
• มีความละเอียด ถี่ถ้วน รอบคอบ แม่นยำ ในการการปฏิบัติงาน
• สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกเหนือจากเวลาปฏิบัติงานปกติได้ และนอกสถานที่บางครั้ง
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
• สามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกองค์กรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้ดี ปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้เป็นอย่างดี
