- Make use of all available data internally and externally and design new digital marketing initiatives, plan and journey to improve on quality traffic and sales conversion.
- Plan and implement influencer marketing strategy include analyze and evaluate KPI performance.
- Control and ensure all digital execution (e.g. YouTube ads, Google ads, Facebook ads, SEM and Other) are executed on time, plan, KPI and budget.
- Work with social media platform to create experiment and test new digital marketing tactics and innovation to improve effectiveness of digital campaign.
- Track and measure effectiveness of each media channel and identify performance by ad objective.

- Work with media agency and Facebook team to plan, implement and measurement digital hypothesis.
- Develop innovative, creative and unique approaches to influencer marketing.

- Skills and Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related field.
- A strong track record of progressive digital media marketing success with a minimum 5 years of Digital / online marketing.
- Experiences and familiarity with Internet marketing metrics, digital marketing performance, ROI /ROAS analysis, digital data and marketing technology (MarTech).
- Knowledge and hands on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Experience with web analytics tools and search engine optimization, Adobe and Google analytics.
- Strategic thinker who is able to quickly discern the key business objectives, understand the constraints and provide strategic solutions and also brilliant at execution - proven track record at delivering projects on time, budget and quality.
- A deep understanding of digital media and best practices.
- Experience building and presenting business cases to senior management.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Creative and self-motivated with a high level of initiatives and a sense of urgency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
