- The Business Development - Facility Management role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and building strong client relationships to support the growth of Savills Thailand Facility Management (FM) services. - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facility Management market.
- Analyze market trends, industry movements, and competitor activities.
- Formulate business development strategies to increase FM revenue and expand client coverage.
- Target and approach potential clients such as office buildings, hospitals, industrial facilities, data centers, and mixed-use developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

- Strong command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for engaging with international clients.
- 3-7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Facility Management, Property Management.
- Strong understanding of Integrated Facility Management (IFM).
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and negotiation capability.
- Existing client relationships or strong professional connections in the FM/real estate industry are highly preferred.
- Must have a personal vehicle due to frequent travel to project sites.
