About the role

We are seeking an accomplished and hands-on Senior Vice President – Corporate Finance to take a leading role in shaping and executing the Company's corporate finance strategy across the Group. Working closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior management team, this role will provide strategic financial leadership across capital management, funding, investment, and corporate finance activities, supporting the Company and its subsidiaries in achieving sustainable growth and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate combines strong corporate finance expertise with commercial judgment and execution capability. This is a senior leadership role for someone who is comfortable advising senior management on complex financial decisions while remaining hands-on in evaluating investments, structuring financing solutions, and driving key transactions through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Finance & Capital Management

  • Lead the development and execution of the Group's corporate finance and capital management strategy, aligned with business priorities and long-term growth objectives.
  • Advise senior management on capital structure, funding strategy, liquidity, financial capacity, and allocation of capital across the Company and its subsidiaries.
  • Lead corporate and project financing activities, including bank financing, project finance, bond issuance, refinancing, and other financing alternatives.
  • Structure and negotiate financing solutions with banks, financial institutions, investors, and other capital providers.
  • Maintain strong senior-level relationships with key financial institutions and financing partners.
  • Monitor the Group's debt profile, liquidity position, funding requirements, financing costs, and financial covenants.

Investment & Strategic Transactions

  • Lead the financial evaluation of real estate developments, land acquisitions, joint ventures, M&A opportunities, and other strategic investments.
  • Provide financial and commercial recommendations on investment opportunities, including appropriate investment and financing structures.
  • Lead and review financial modeling, project feasibility, valuation, cash flow projections, IRR, NPV, sensitivity and scenario analyses.
  • Lead financial due diligence and corporate finance workstreams for acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and strategic transactions.
  • Partner with business and project teams to assess investment performance, financial risks, and value-creation opportunities throughout the investment lifecycle.

Group & Subsidiary Financial Management

  • Provide financial oversight and strategic guidance to the Company's subsidiaries and affiliated businesses, ensuring alignment with the Group's financial objectives.
  • Review the financial performance, cash flow, funding requirements, capital structure, and investment plans of subsidiaries.
  • Partner with subsidiary management teams to identify financial issues, improve performance, and support key business decisions.
  • Support the Group in evaluating corporate structures, intercompany funding, dividend policies, and capital allocation across businesses.
  • Provide consolidated financial and business insights to senior management to support Group-level decision-making.

Investor Relations & Capital Markets

  • Provide leadership and strategic input on Investor Relations and capital market activities.
  • Support communications with shareholders, investors, analysts, and other capital market stakeholders.
  • Review key investor materials, financial messages, earnings presentations, and management communications to ensure consistency with the Company's strategy and financial performance.
  • Monitor capital market conditions, interest rates, economic trends, and developments affecting the real estate sector to identify potential risks and financing opportunities.

Strategic Finance & Executive Support

  • Serve as a key financial partner to the CEO, CFO, and senior management, providing independent financial perspectives and recommendations on major business decisions.
  • Translate complex financial analyses into clear commercial insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and present investment proposals, financing recommendations, and strategic financial analyses to senior management and relevant committees.
  • Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Business Development, Project Development, Sales & Marketing, and other functions to drive key strategic initiatives.

Leadership & Execution

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Corporate Finance team, building strong analytical and execution capabilities.
  • Drive major corporate finance initiatives and transactions from strategic assessment and structuring through negotiation and execution.
  • Maintain a hands-on and execution-oriented approach, with the ability to personally challenge assumptions, review financial models, structure transactions, and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Establish strong governance, analytical standards, and decision-making disciplines across Corporate Finance activities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 12–15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Corporate Investment, Strategic Finance, or related finance functions, including significant leadership experience.
  • Proven experience working in a listed company or large corporate group, with exposure to financial management across subsidiaries or multiple business entities.
  • Strong track record in corporate funding, capital raising, investment analysis, financial modeling, and transaction execution.
  • Strong understanding of capital structure, liquidity management, project financing, investment returns, and corporate financial management.
  • Demonstrated experience in evaluating complex investments, joint ventures, M&A, or major business initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, cash flow, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
  • Experience in real estate development, property investment, or other asset-intensive businesses is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to Investor Relations, capital markets, and listed-company requirements would be an advantage.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance financial discipline with business opportunities.
  • Hands-on and execution-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and detailed levels.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
