• รวบรวมและบันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท.
• สนับสนุนทีมฝ่ายขายในการติดตามลูกค้า (Prospect) เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสทางการขาย.
• ประสานงานและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมการขายและการตลาด เช่น Mother Class และกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย.
• จัดทำและส่งรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานตามกำหนดเวลา

• Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering, receiving, labeling, and tracking reagents, consumables, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or expiration.
• Organize and maintain laboratory storage areas (fridges, freezers, chemical cabinets, general storage).
• Oversee general lab maintenance, including cleanliness, waste disposal, and basic equipment upkeep.
• Support laboratory operations by preparing buffers, media, and common reagents as needed.
• Assist researchers with routine lab tasks and setup of experiments.
• Maintain SOPs related to inventory, safety, and routine lab procedures.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Hands-on experience with lab inventory management and procurement.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment and consumables.
• Ability to work independently and systematically.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture (maintenance, passaging, cryopreservation).
• Experience with molecular biology or cell biology laboratory techniques.

• Conduct transfection experiments using chemical, lipid-based, or electroporation methods..
• Optimize gene expression protocols and analyze outcomes using fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and qPCR..
• Prepare and maintain detailed lab records, SOPs, and experimental documentation..
• Assist in the development and execution of cell-based assays, including viability, proliferation, and reporter assays..
• Support troubleshooting, protocol optimization, and data analysis..
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards..
• Master s degree in Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field..
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and transfection techniques..
• Proficiency in aseptic techniques and familiarity with various cell lines (e.g., HEK293, CHO)..

• Experience with stable cell line generation or CRISPR-based editing..
