• Coach the Compliance team on Regulatory Change Process and assessment, remediation and reporting of Compliance Risks and provide support with the investigation and reporting of Compliance incidents;.
• Ensure that compliance risks are considered in the overall risk assessment process for FWD Thailand and that reports from risk assessments include all required compliance information and that compliance controls, including monitoring, relate to the risks identified by the business;.
• Liaise with regulators and industry bodies and participate, where possible, in industry meetings to ensure knowledge exchange about regulations and to improve compliance risk management knowledge;.
• Responsible for Compliance reporting to relevant stakeholders including local management, Group, and relevant committees.
• Regulatory and Corporate Compliance Program.
• Develop and maintain Regulatory & Corporate Compliance Program.
• Review and monitor company regulatory compliance strategies/processes and regulatory compliance across company.
• Facilitate Business Unit (BU) to embed regulatory compliance procedure in BU process.
• Conduct monitoring and Regulatory & Corporate Compliance review to ensure consistent compliance.
• Assessing, monitoring and reporting of regulatory compliance requirements and related risks.
• Policies and procedures updating.
• Draft compliance policies and procedures taking into account compliance obligations.
• Announce and follow-up to ensure that compliance policies and procedures are implemented and maintained including that control testing and monitoring.
• Design and periodically update the compliance related policies and procedures.
• Centralize the regulatory library within the company.
