• เพิ่มช่องทางหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจ ขยายตลาดเพิ่มกลุ่มเป้าหมายใหม่ๆ และพัฒนาลูกค้าให้ครอบคลุมทุกอุตสาหกรรม.
• ดูแลตติดตาม ให้คำแนะนำและคำปรึกษาทั้งกลุ่มลูกค้าเก่าและลูกค้าใหม่ เพื่อเพิ่มยอดกำไรให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดได้.
• วางแผนการขาย ติดต่อประสานงานกับทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกเพื่อส่งมอบ งานและ Project ได้อย่างสมบูรณ์.
• จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขาย จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าและเข้าร่วมประชุมกับทีมและลูกค้าได้..

• สรรหาและเปิดกลุ่มลูกค้าใหม่: ค้นหาผู้มุ่งหวัง (Prospects) ทั้งกลุ่มบ้านพักอาศัย (Residential) หรือกลุ่มโรงงาน/อาคารพาณิชย์ (C&I) ตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท.
• นำเสนอขายและให้คำปรึกษา: นำเสนอโซลูชั่นระบบโซลาร์เซลล์ที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการและพฤติกรรมการใช้ไฟฟ้าของลูกค้า.
• สำรวจหน้างานเบื้องต้น: ประสานงานกับทีมวิศวกรเพื่อเข้าสำรวจพื้นที่ ออกแบบระบบ และประเมินราคา.
• ปิดการขายและดูแลยอดขาย: เจรจาเงื่อนไขทางการค้า จัดทำใบเสนอราคา ติดตามงาน และปิดการขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย (KPI) ที่กำหนด.
• สร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดี: ดูแลและบริการลูกค้าทั้งก่อนและหลังการขาย เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจและโอกาสในการแนะนำต่อ (Referral).
• อัปเดตข้อมูลการตลาด: ติดตามเทรนด์เทคโนโลยีโซลาร์เซลล์ นโยบายภาครัฐ (เช่น Net Metering) และความเคลื่อนไหวของคู่แข่ง.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
