• Take care of Green Industrial Solution Business sales.
• Educate and pitch the solutions info customers including of explaining the solutions benefits & functions, answers all questions and convince the customers to close the deals.
• Conduct and lead team for customers' sites survey to collect detailed technical data/ info for design. Handle and follow up for all necessary technical info requested from design team.
• Be the channel for communication with customers (for both commercial and technical communication).
• Monitor and follow up the project progress since solution pitching, price offering, closing the deal, appointing and monitoring project installation works until handing over all the solutions to customer completely. This also include managing to fix any aftersales problems for the customers (if any).
• Work closely with back-office teams (sales coordinator, accounting, Technical team and finance teams) and partner (outside suppliers) to optimize and smooth the sales and operational process.
• Be an excellent communicator to identify and resolve all issues relating to sales and customers' issues, and to.
