- Work closely with the Scheduler, Execution Lead, and Operations Team to ensure alignment between planning and field execution..
- Identify critical and sub-critical paths, ensuring timely completion of key milestones and activities..
- Prepare detailed Job Packs including safety documentation, material lists, and execution procedures..
- Coordinate with procurement and contracting teams to ensure material and contractor readiness in accordance with turnaround timelines..
- Apply and maintain Planning & Estimating Tools (Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent) for effective scheduling and progress tracking..
- Provide support during field execution, resolve scheduling conflicts, and update the plan to reflect actual progress.
- Monitor work performance, cost variance, and schedule deviation; provide recommendations to improve work efficiency.
- Lead coordination with SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) to ensure all turnaround activities meet safety and compliance requirements.
- Support preparation of post-turnaround analysis and lessons learned documentation to drive continuous improvement..
