- We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused associate to grow our customer base and deepen partnerships with hirers in Bangkok. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, winning new hirers, growing existing accounts, and becoming a trusted hiring consultant to customers through proactive phone and Zoom engagement.
- The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships, understand hiring needs and business priorities, and recommend tailored recruitment solutions that help clients achieve better hiring outcomes. Face-to-face meetings are encouraged where valuable, but the role will primarily succeed through high-quality remote relationship management and consultative selling.
