Key responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Conduct requirement workshops and interviews with business users.

• Prepare simple functional specifications, and process flows.

• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Participate in ERP enhancement and implementation projects.

• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams.

• Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, ERP Systems, Process Improvement, Data Analytics, or System Implementation Projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Able to communicate English (written and spoken).

• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, etc.) - preferred.

• Experience with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools - preferred.

• Basic knowledge of SQL - preferred.
