Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Fibre Mobile Application and AI Smart Home Services (mobile apps, cloud platforms, IoT device management systems)

• Perform routine system health checks and preventive maintenance to ensure high availability, stability, and performance of Fibre Mobile Application and Smart Home services

• Support AI-driven features by tuning model performance, feedback loops, optimize performance of AI models and system response (e.g., automation, voice control, behavior analytics)

• Monitor APIs, data flows, third-party service integrations and IoT device connectivity, communication protocols (MQTT, REST API)

• Analyze and Troubleshoot customer problems related to app usage or device behavior device integration issues (sensors, gateways, smart devices)

• Detect, Resolve system/application issues impacting smart home services and perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions

• Support deployment by validate releases through testing before production rollout of new features, patches, and AI model updates,change management processes, maintain documentation

• Ensure data quality and integrity to support reliable AI processing, identify opportunities to automate monitoring and incident response, and drive continuous improvement of AI-driven services

• Work closely with AI engineers, developers, IoT teams, and cloud engineers and ensure compliance with IT security policies, support vulnerability assessments, patching, and monitor access controls

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science / AI (preferred) or related fields

• 0–2 years of experience in application/system support or IoT / Smart Home / Cloud platform operations

• Experience supporting mobile application or network-related systems is a plus

• Exposure to AI-based features or IoT ecosystems is an advantage

• Knowledge of IoT architecture (devices, gateways, cloud platforms), AI/ML concepts (basic understanding of models, inference, data flow), Smart home ecosystems (e.g., sensors, automation systems, voice assistants)

• Hands-on experience with:

• API integration (REST, JSON, Microservices)

• Monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Cloud monitoring tools)

• Database (SQL/NoSQL – data query and troubleshooting)

• Operating systems (Linux/Unix, Windows)

• Familiarity with:

• IoT protocols (MQTT, HTTP, WebSocket)

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP – preferred)

• Basic scripting skills (Python, Shell, or similar) is a plus
