• Assist in the forecasting process for Siemens Mobility Thailand, focusing on global support function cost control.
• Contribute to the annual budget process for Siemens Mobility Thailand, emphasizing global support function costs.
• Support the global support function cost controlling and reporting and budget process for Asean countries.
• Prepare stakeholder-oriented reporting packages to facilitate decision-making at both country and regional levels.
• Continuously enhance and streamline forecasting and budgeting processes, adapting reporting packages to stakeholder needs.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews with regional HQ in Singapore.
• Support the digitization roadmap through process automation, data analytics, dashboards, and optimization of existing local/regional reporting tools.
• Use your skills to move the world forward.
• Bachelor s degree in business studies.
• Must have prior experience with SAP (CO, FI).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (including VBA and Macros).
• Proficiency in Power BI is required.
• Strong analytical skills, self-initiative, and a team player with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience working in multinational companies.
• Intercultural experience is essential.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must; German is a plus.

• ถอดแบบและประเมินจัดทำ BOQ ราคางานก่อสร้าง.
• คิดปริมาณวัสดุเพื่องานจัดซื้อวัสดุในงานก่อสร้าง.
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อจัดทำงบประมาณสำหรับประมูลงานก่อสร้าง.
• ติดต่อและประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาเพื่อสรุปราคางานเพิ่ม-ลด.
• เปรียบเทียบราคาวัสดุ และราคางานก่อสร้าง.
• ตรวจสอบเอกสารงานจัดซื้อ-จัดจ้าง ให้เป็นไปตามราคากลางของบริษัท.
• จัดทำรายงานต่างๆ หรือจัดทำ Presentations ด้านงบประมาณ ให้ผู้บริหารตัดสินใจ.
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา.
• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานประมาณราคาอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี ขึ้นไปจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีความสนใจการถอดแบบประมาณราคา ทำงบประมาณ ควบคุมต้นทุนก่อสร้าง.
• มีความรับผิดชอบ มีความอดทนสูง มีไหวพริบดี สามารถปรับตัว และสนใจเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ ได้ดี.
• มีความรู้ด้านในด้านงานก่อสร้าง มีทักษะด้านการบริหารงานก่อสร้าง.
• สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี.
• สามารถใช้ MS. Excel, AutoCAD ได้เป็นอย่างดี.
