About the role

As the Head of Food Product Development at MK Restaurant Group Public Company Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of our innovative products and services. This is a full-time position based in Bangkok, offering the opportunity to be at the forefront of our company's marketing and communication initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Create yearly strategy, working plan, division development plan to align with company strategy.

• Oversee the design, development, and launch of new products and services.

• Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.

• Control on product specification, cost and forecast to meet the plan.

• Provide the budget plan which cover in all expenses and cost control plan.

• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the product development team, supporting their professional growth and development include able to coach team on product specification, cooking process , cooking process of operation to adapt into SOP training tools, production flow and critical controlling points.

• Propose product or menu selling price which align with strategy.

• Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and align on brand messaging.

• Keep all the

company information's as a very confidential.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in food and beverage industry.

• Demonstrated track record of successfully launching new products or services and driving business growth.

• Proven ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and translate insights into actionable product roadmaps.

• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Thai-English), with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with marketing and communication principles, with the ability to align product development with broader brand strategy.

• Passion for innovation, customer-centricity, and a relentless drive to deliver exceptional results.

• Able to design on product development working plan, cooking process from lab scale to factory expansion.

• Knowledge expert in Raw material, Food supply chain, Recipe development, Raw material qualitative.

• Knowledge experience Food safety, GSP HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001.

• Fluent in sensory experience.

• Able to travel.
