- Training Strategy & Planning.
- Develop an annual training plan for frontline clinic staff, aligned with business priorities and branch requirements.
- Conduct training needs analysis using employee performance data, branch feedback, quality-control findings, and operational results.
- Identify capability gaps and recommend practical training solutions.
- New Joiner & Onboarding Training.
- Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new clinic staff.
- Cover essential topics such as company and brand knowledge, service standards, basic product knowledge, POS systems, and operational workflows.
- Support new employees throughout the learning process and ensure they become clinic-ready within the agreed timeframe.
- Create an encouraging learning environment where new employees feel comfortable participating and asking questions.
- Recurrent & Skill-Upgrade Training.
- Plan and deliver refresher and skill-development training for existing clinic staff.
- Training topics may include customer service, selling skills, customer communication, POS updates, VIP protocols, and complaint handling.
- Work closely with the Retail team and Branch Managers to address specific service or performance gaps.
- Provide practical coaching and constructive feedback that helps employees improve with confidence.

- Collaborate with doctors, medical advisors, Retail, and Marketing teams to develop product knowledge training for treatments such as Botox, fillers, lasers, injections, and wellness services.

- Update training materials whenever products, services, or treatment protocols change.
- Quality, Safety & Sterilization Training.
- Ensure clinic staff are properly trained in sterilization techniques, infection prevention, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the Doctor team on regulatory, safety, and compliance-related training.
- Reinforce consistent understanding and application of clinic standards across branches.
- System & Process Training.
- Lead training on POS systems, booking, billing, inventory-related tasks, operational procedures, and SOPs.
- Ensure employees understand and correctly follow required workflows and documentation.
- Simplify complex processes through clear explanations, demonstrations, and practical exercises.
- Training Development.
- Design and implement new training formats, including e-learning modules, videos, quizzes, short lessons, role-playing activities, and on-the-job learning.
- Develop engaging training materials that are practical and appropriate for frontline clinic staff.
- Continuously improve training content based on learner feedback and business requirements.
- Evaluation & Reporting.
- Measure training effectiveness through pre- and post-training assessments, feedback surveys, observation, and operational performance indicators.
- Monitor relevant indicators such as sales conversion, customer satisfaction, service quality, and error rates.

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience delivering classroom, workshop, or on-the-job training for frontline employees.
- Experience in retail, clinics, healthcare, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or other customer-facing businesses is highly preferred.
- Experience coordinating training across multiple branches or locations is an advantage.
- Previous experience leading trainers or coordinating a training team is preferred.
