Duties and Responsibilities Develop and launch strategic training roadmap of Zuellig Pharma for Commercialization in Thailand. Develop, deliver and implement training priorities in aligning with local business and regional training objectives. Train and certify sales force team to meet functional competency requirement. Engage internal and external stakeholders to launch training programs and support business strategy execution. Support talent development program and competency assessment tool execution for existing sales forces. Train and prepare onboarding program for new staff in sales team Implement sales meeting governance. Utilize Digital and SFE tools to support Sales ACE selling and Coaching effectiveness. Coordinate with PReMA to support MRAP examination for sales force team. Support HR and Hiring Managers to rollout competency-based interview. Working with cross-functional team to ensure effective execution and operation.
