- จัดการตารางนัดหมายและปฏิทินการทำงานของผู้บริหาร.
- จัดเตรียมและอำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดประชุมทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร.
- จัดทำ แปล และสรุปเอกสารทางธุรกิจ เอกสารประกอบการประชุม และรายงานต่างๆ.
- ติดตามความก้าวหน้าของโครงการให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน.
- ติดตาม Action Items และงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากฝ่ายบริหารกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
- การประสานงาน.
- ทำหน้าที่เป็นจุดศูนย์กลางในการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างหน่วยงานภายใน ผู้ประกอบการ หรือคู่ค้าภายนอก.
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในบริบทการทำงานอย่างเป็นทางการและถูกต้อง.
- ดูแลและประสานงานเรื่องการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน.
- ร่วมมือกับทีมงานเพื่อส่งเสริมบรรยากาศการทำงานที่ดีและมีประสิทธิภาพ.
