• เคยทำงานด้าน Projects (IT) 5-10 Projects. (ที่จับต้องได้).
• มีความรู้งานด้าน Retails/POS /CRM & Loyalty Platform /Line Development /Data Analytics & BI.
• Stakeholder Management.
• ประสานงานกับผู้บริหาร หน่วยงานธุรกิจ และทีม IT.
• นำเสนอรายงาน Project Status ต่อ Management และ Steering Committee.
• สร้างความเข้าใจร่วมกันระหว่าง Business และ Technical Team.
• บริหารความคาดหวังของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย (Stakeholders).
• IT Solution & Business Analysis.
• วิเคราะห์และทำความเข้าใจ Business Requirement.
• เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบหรือปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน.
• จัดทำ Requirement Document, BRD, FSD และ Use Case.
• ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของ Solution กับ Business Objective.
• Line Development.
• Testing & Project Delivery.
• วางแผน UAT, SIT และ Production Deployment.
• ติดตามการแก้ไขปัญหาที่พบในระหว่างการทดสอบ.
• ประสานงานการ Go-Live และ Hyper Care.
• ส่งมอบโครงการตามมาตรฐานองค์กร.
• Partners & Contract Management.
• บริหารและควบคุมผู้รับจ้าง (Partners).
• ติดตาม SLA, Deliverables และสัญญาโครงการ.
• ประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของ Vendor.
• บริหาร Procurement และ Budget ของโครงการ.
• Team Leadership.
• ให้คำแนะนำทีมงาน Project, Business Analyst และ Technical Team.
• สนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพของทีม.
• สร้างมาตรฐาน Project Management ภายในองค์กร.
• ถ่ายทอดความรู้และ Best Practice ให้ทีมงาน.
• มีประสบการณ์ ด้าน Projects / การบริหารโครงการ / ดูแลงบประมาณในโครงการ /.
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ปี.
• ทำเอกสาร TOR / BOQ / คู่มือการใช้งานระบบ.
• Project Management (Waterfall / Agile / Scrum).
• Business Analysis และ Requirement Gathering.
• Risk Management และ Budget Management.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Communication & Presentation Skills.
• Leadership และ Team Management.
• สามารถ Communicate กับเพื่อนร่วมงานและทำงานเป็นทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี.
• ยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ มีความกระตือรือร้น ในการทำงาน พร้อมอยู่ร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้.
• รับผิดชอบในหน้าที่ ทำงานนอกเวลาทำการได้ และช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นภายในองค์กรได้เป็นอย่างดี.
