• The primary responsibility of the role is to deliver strategic consumer insights and claims for innovation program..
• Analyse data and extract insights from a range of sources to help guide the development of superior propositions..

• Bachelor s or master s degree in a physical science, consumer science or equivalent. Some chemistry background would be advantage..
• Working experience in FMCG company, Homecare or Personal Care is preferred..

• Intermediate understanding on statistical analysis is required..
• Experience of working in product development or technical marketing is an advantage..

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving business development, and building strong client relationships.
• Technical expertise and understanding of the products and industries within the BJC Specialties business segment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, propose solutions, and overcome objections.
