Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- ทำความเข้าใจตลาด ประเมินความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ออกแบบ เขียนแบบภายในและสามารถก่อสร้างได้จริง
- นำเสนองานให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจงานการออกแบบ และปิดการขายโครงการ
- แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ กับผู้เกี่ยวข้องที่อาจเกิดขึ้นระหว่างการดำเนินโครงการ
- รับงานขั้นต่ำ 150 ตร.ม. ต่อเดือน หากขายงานได้มีค่าคอมมิชชั่น
Qualifications:
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาสถาปัตยกรรม / ตกแต่งภายใน / วิศวกรรมหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- กําลังศึกษาอยู่ระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 3 - 4 ทุกสาขา
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Render และ MS Office ได้
- สามารถฝึกงานได้ตั้งแต่ 4 เดือนขึ้นไป
- ทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์
- สามารถฝึกงานทั้งในกทม.และปริมณฑล
