• Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of the business's short-term and long-term strategic plans and initiatives.
• Coordinate with various departments (Sales, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to align departmental goals with overall corporate objectives.
• Facilitate regular business review meetings and track the progress of key strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, emerging growth opportunities, and potential competitive threats.
• Benchmark company performance against industry standards and key competitors.
• Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior management in the form of business reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across the business unit.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, management, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years in Business Development, Business Analytics, or Market Intelligence, or a related role. Experience in business planning, corporate strategy, financial analysis, or management consulting.
• Analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with high proficiency in English. Able to communicate and present confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into strategic recommendations.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.
