พนักงานดูแลการเพาะปลูก
atChia Tai Co., Ltd.- เตรียมแปลงปลูก รวมถึงการไถ พรวน และปรับปรุงสภาพดินให้เหมาะสมตามแผนการเพาะปลูกที่กำหนด
- ปฏิบัติงานด้านการใส่ปุ๋ย และการป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืช โดยยึดตามมาตรฐานและแนวทางที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ดำเนินการและควบคุมคนงานในการเพาะปลูกพืชที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ตั้งแต่การเพาะกล้า การบำรุงรักษา และการเก็บเกี่ยวเมล็ดพันธุ์ รวมถึงคัดเลือกเมล็ดพันธุ์ที่เหมาะสมให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายและแผนงานที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพของการเพาะปลูกตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด ตลอดจนบันทึกข้อมูลผลการเพาะปลูกและรายงานผลต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- จัดทำ บันทึก และรายงานข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงานภาคสนามอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
- ปฏิบัติงานสนับสนุนการส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กรและงานประชุมต่างๆ ในพื้นที่ เช่น เจียไต๋แฟร์ Field Day เป็นต้น
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี เกษตรศาสตร์ หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องทางด้านเกษตร
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในฟาร์ม หรือสถานีทดลองจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้านการจัดการฟาร์ม การวางแผนการผลิต และการควบคุมคุณภาพ
