• Candidates with qualifications below a bachelor's degree must have at least 5 years of full-time work experience.

• No prior interpreting experience required - comprehensive training provided.
• Previous interpreting or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Must pass a language assessment before joining the training program.
• Must successfully complete a final assessment after the 3-week training program.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.
• Full interpreter training provided.
• Approximately 3 weeks of training before deployment.
