• Prepare food cost reports and documentation for existing products of the brand and group companies.
• Prepare product control documentation for existing products of the brand and group companies.
• Prepare product forecasting documentation for existing products of the brand and group companies.
• Collect and record raw material cost data for NPD and existing products of the brand and group companies.
• Summarize product costs, forecast figures for promotional product categories, and prepare monthly cost summaries.
• Prepare costing for menu items and establish detailed cost and gross margin structures for food menus.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of recipes, ingredients, and business strategies related to assigned duties, and do not disclose such information without proper authorization.
• What we're looking for.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Business Management / Food Innovation Management / Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting or cost analysis, preferably in the food service industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software. Example: SAP.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
