- Deep knowledge of fixed broadband technologies, including FTTH, FTTC, DSL, GPON, and Cable TV Broadcasting.
- Familiarity with FTTx, IPRAN, core network design, protocols, and standards.
- Experience with Fixed Broadband OSS, EMS, ACS, and Telco Tools integration.
- Expertise in E2E automation, network automation, and orchestration tools to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
