• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขานิเทศศาสตร์ วารสารศาสตร์ อักษรศาสตร์ หรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานประชาสัมพันธ์ให้กับหน่วยงานหรือองค์กร
• สามารถวางแผนกลยุทธ์การสื่อสาร และใช้ช่องทางการสื่อสารประเภทต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• มีความสามารถในการเขียน เพื่อการสื่อสารประชาสัมพันธ์ เช่น ข่าว บทความและข้อความต่างๆ
• สามารถทำงานและเข้าใจความต้องการของสื่อมวลชน
• มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษ เป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และอินเทอร์เน็ตได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยเฉพาะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์มากกว่าโปรแกรมพื้นฐาน
• มีความสามารถในการนำเสนองาน
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
