• Project Coordination & Execution Support.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects under the Commercial Team, with focus on digital and distribution-related initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities across commercial, distribution, operations, marketing, IT, risk, compliance, and other relevant teams.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, timelines, and owners to ensure clear follow-through and execution discipline.
• Consolidate project updates, identify delays or gaps, and highlight issues or risks to the AVP, Digital Project Management for timely escalation.
• Support alignment discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners on project requirements, timelines, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
• Project Governance, Reporting & Risk Tracking.
• Prepare and maintain project trackers, dashboards, meeting notes, action logs, decision records, and progress reports.
• Support the preparation of project status reports, executive summaries, and data-driven insights to enable effective decision-making.
• Monitor key project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, and support structured follow-up to drive resolution.
• Ensure project documentation is organized, updated, and ready for review, audit, or management reporting as required.
• Contribute to project governance routines by ensuring clear agenda, action ownership, follow-up discipline, and timely closure of open items.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Support problem-solving discussions by gathering relevant information, structuring issues clearly, and proposing practical options for consideration.
• Contribute to improving project ways of working, reporting templates, collaboration routines, and execution processes.
• Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and partners while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, digital project support, business support, consulting, strategy, or management trainee programs is preferred.
• High-potential graduates with strong internships, project exposure, or leadership experience may be considered.
• Experience or exposure to commercial, distribution, digital initiatives, banking, insurance, or financial services is an advantage.
