• Define and execute the roadmap for the App. Balance the integration of multiple "mini-apps" or service verticals within a single, cohesive user interface and unified user experience (UX).
• Act as the central hub between Business Stakeholders, UI/UX Designers, iOS/Android Tech Leads, and QA teams. Translate complex business requirements and customer needs into clear, actionable user stories and product specifications.
• Champion the voice of the customer. Utilize deep "Empathy" to understand user pain points, conduct user research, and leverage data analytics to drive product enhancements and feature prioritization.
• Manage the product backlog, lead sprint planning, and ensure the engineering team delivers maximum value in every release cycle. Make critical go/no-go decisions for feature rollouts.
• Define and monitor key product metrics (MAU, DAU, Retention Rate, Conversion, ARPU). Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to continuously optimize the Super App's performance and user engagement.
• Extensive experience in architecting or managing App ecosystems, digital wallets, or complex retail-tech platforms. Capable of driving portfolio-level strategies and presenting product roadmaps to Executives.

• Working with the Director of IT Business Partners, the Manager, IT Business Partner is responsible to lead the strategic alignment between Celestica's business units in Japan and global IT capabilities. This role is a critical driver of business efficiency, growth, and innovation, requiring a strong advisor who can translate business vision into a technology roadmap and manage high-impact projects from ideation to delivery. Acting as a liaison between Celestica's functional areas and the technology team throughout multiple project lifecycles. In addition to acting as an advisor and making recommendations in response to new technology solutions, this individual will assist in the preparation and update of business processes to help improve the efficiencies within the Company. The role requires the ability to review internal processes, technical specifications, projected costs and proposals and provide advice on proposed process improvement projects. The incumbent will at times also be required to work with vendors to prepare detailed Statement of Works for projects and manage such projects through the project lifecycle.
• Detailed Description.
• Able to facilitate and run a detailed requirements gathering workshop with the appropriate business subject matter experts, leverage Design Thinking or other workshop methodologies, in conjunction with business analysis documentation templates.
• Build close relationships with the functional areas the role is responsible for to understand what IT capabilities they need to innovate, grow, improve efficiencies, or address compliance requirements. Facilitate and function as a liaison between business units and IT's development team to design and implement new solutions to meet business requirements.
• Be accountable for the completion of key project activities in collaboration with the IT Project Management Office, internal IT teams and vendors. Able to negotiate with teams, and escalate as required, when project roadblocks are encountered, and project management practices are not being followed. Ensure that applicable project management practices are followed throughout project lifecycles.
• Research current technology and its function within the enterprise and apply specialized technical knowledge to improve business processes. Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and perform cost benefit analysis to determine viable solutions for process improvement needs. Analyze and evaluate present and proposed business procedures or problems to define needs for improved processes/systems; prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams improved processes.
• Qualify and help prioritize requirements when there might be constraints around the availability of IT execution resources or budget to enable the process change.
• Participate on hardware and software evaluations related to a proposed solution for the process change and prepare readouts to the business team around the proposed solution.
