 - Knowledge of safety in process design legislations and international standard.
 - Experience in carry out refinery and petrochemical safety in process design and construction safety management

 - To Initiate, plan, advise, support and influence Line Managers on all Process Safety Management, HSE risk management and loss prevention, fire prevention and protection system related matters to ensure compliance to relevant international standard with continuous improvement to avoiding all accidents/ incidents and reduce potential risk of loss. - Serve as the key business partner working directly with service business partners and internal stakeholders (primarily infrastructure, physical security and operations teams).

 - BASIC QUALIFICATIONS.
 - 5 years working in Project Management related to construction or physical security.
 - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and adapt to and control change on a project.
 - Fluency/competency in more than one language in Thai and English to communicate with local and overseas stakeholders.
 - Experienced in vendor management and procurement processes, to include the establishment of key performance indicators and service level agreements.
 - PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS.
 - BA/BS degree or higher in related field of architecture, engineering, or project management. PSP, CPP, PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
 - Subject Matter Expertise with Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Video Surveillance Systems.
