- Work closely with the Business Leaders & Category Management team to develop Business Plan (including short and long-range marketing strategy, launch plans) to maximize brand pull.
- Has comprehensive knowledge of the products under their responsible BU.
- Project owner of 360 communications: Drive a cross-functional team to develop new communication campaign, including providing & analyzing information to help set objective for each function i.e. media, event, PR, online, shop display.
- Manage and share key message with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with all communication channels and materials.
- Manage and coordinate any outside agencies & vendors.
- Record, track and follow the budget. If new opportunities arise, or unseen expenses are incurred then a revised budget should be proposed for possible adoption.
- Be able to analyse market requirements to deliver targeted marketing collateral, support sales requirements and product initiatives.
- Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing high visibility tasks and deadlines.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of an annual, strategic, special events calendar that ensures the efforts, resources and the volunteer time are utilized in a manner that provides the greatest return to the organization.
- Develop brand strategy and identify target consumers (+Bulleye).
- Analyze consumer trends, information and categories to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth.
- Conduct analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, customer and consumer trends to enhance the brand's equity and marketplace performance.
- Collaborate with MI. Identify research objectives, information requirements, and scope for market research support. Also responsible to provide research stimulus materials i.e. concept board, STB & script, animatics.

- Lead IMC plans that are in-sync with the business & communication objectives as well as elevating market share/brand PTO, support cross-functional team and ensure the implementation of marketing initiatives and operational excellence of pre-launching, launching and after-launching of the assigned product portfolios.
- Manage marketing budget of the assigned product category to ensure the cost is being best optimized.
- Continuous monitoring and evaluating current situation to measure current sales, market trends and situation and make recommendation for improvements as needed to Top management.

- Skills and Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in brand management, marketing communication and 5 years' supervisory experience from FMCGs companies is preferable.
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing, CRM is a plus.
- Willing to travel upcountry & aboard.
- Requires excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills.

- Background research, literature reviews and drafting inputs including contributions to ESCAP publications on the issues related to trade, trade policies, regional integration, trade facilitation, trade-related sustainable development issues.
- Support for the Asia-Pacific Research and Training Network (ARTNeT), the UN Network of Experts for Paperless Trade and Transport in Asia and the Pacific (UNNExT) and the Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement (APTA) including work to improve research dissemination by various channels (e.g. social media, webpage).
