• สามารถคำนวณ work load ของ RM เปรียบเทียบในแต่ละพื้นที่ และระบุพื้นที่ที่เหมาะสมในการโยกย้าย หรือจัดตั้งทีมที่รับผิดชอบพื้นที่ (BC).
